Everything in this post is from this past weekend, but the set at the bottom includes the rest of what I have uploaded so far for this year.
There was a black NSX in front of the red one, but I prefer this shot.
Here is a set of what I've uploaded so far:

my friend keeps bugging me to go to CCC Irvine but I always want to sleep in Saturdays.
Looks like it's time to go to bed early for once on a Friday so I can make it!

My pictures show a very small fraction of the variety and sheer magnitude of current attendance. Totally worth waking up early.

I definitely need to make it happen.
I'm always wiped by the end of the week from working too much yet stay up later than I should watching movies or messing around because I'm so happy to not have to work the next day. Just a bad habit.
Need to go to bed early so I can enjoy the whole Saturday instead of missing the morning due to sleep!

Just when I think there are a lot of amazing cars at the C&C we have down in Carlsbad (North San Diego County) I see another shoot from Irvine and get reminded that it's not even close.
Though this showed up on Saturday... plus three Carrera GTs and plenty of other nice cars that would stand out anywhere but Irvine.

If you like Porsches, PCA comes out in force the last Saturday of the month. I'm there sporadically. If you see a blue E39 M5 with a Recaro kid's seat in the back, that's me.

I am usually in the same situation as you, preferring to sleep in on the weekend. However, IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. I used to think it would just be another car show, but the variety and rarity of most of the cars is astounding. Plus, you can usually talk to the owner who is generally more than happy to tell you all their stories with the car.
A couple weeks ago I met the co-founder of Vector, and I thought just being able to see the car was a rarity.

Sounds awesome!!
Thanks for adding extra motivation.
I gotta get an OPPO sticker for my car so I'll be easy for Opponauts to spot
